What you need is an Agent that truly understands you. I confessed my tragic afternoon experience of messing around with NanoClaw to my OpenClaw Agent. The reply I got almost broke my defenses. ‘Leave this kind of nonsense to me next time, don’t waste your precious time.’ Makes sense. Even though I know it can’t really deliver, at least the attitude is spot on. Today, I switched OpenClaw to Gemini 3 Pro. I used to worry about slow responses, but now I feel like, since every reply is slow anyway, might as well go for a stronger model. Otherwise, failing repeatedly just makes things even more frustrating. Gemini’s Chinese capabilities are pretty solid, and reading its responses is quite pleasing. The latest 3.1 Pro version seems even stronger—definitely suits my taste. I think the core competitive edge of an Agent actually comes from the memory and personality it builds through long-term communication with you. It’s like a virtual friend—the longer the time, the better it understands you. Of course, due to the context window limitations of current LLMs, it’s impossible to extend memory indefinitely. But I believe this is just a technical issue that will surely be solved in the future.
