Sharing a few things I've been working on recently: 1. Learning about stocks: As my capital grows, it's necessary to explore new investment areas. I also believe stocks are where everyday people have the best chance to benefit from the AI boom. My approach is starting with the basics, like researching the Top 200 companies by market cap in the U.S. stock market, understanding concepts like PE, EPS, and options, and even trying out some U.S. stock trading on-chain to build a feel for the market. 2. Vibe Coding a daily global news summary: Covers global trending topics, tech/AI, finance/macro, U.S./China/HK stocks, venture capital, international politics, commodities, and more. The sources include major authoritative media outlets and some paid newsletters. 3. Exploring channels for investing in Pre-IPO: The time from founding to IPO for top U.S. tech companies is getting longer, and much of the value growth is absorbed during the private investment stage. However, after some research, I've found that it's still quite challenging for non-U.S. individuals to participate in private investments due to compliance, funding, and access barriers. 4. Consulting with lawyers: Topics include setting up entities for cross-border investments and identity planning. These tasks are progressing simultaneously and are closely interconnected. For example, the news summary helps build investment logic for U.S. stocks, and identity planning can facilitate Pre-IPO investments. Even though it's a crypto bear market, I feel like there's never enough time every day.
