I had to verify this, and do it on an entity-adjusted basis. 1. Which excludes transfers between addresses controlled by the same entity. 2. Excludes all supply that is on exchanges, because a single averaged price for the funds of millions of users would be misleading. But yes, 403,460 BTC have been purchased between $60,000 and $70,000.
