[Brickken Survey: RWA Issuers Prioritize Capital Formation Over Liquidity] According to a report by Jinse Finance, tokenization platform Brickken released its latest Q4 2025 survey, which shows that most real-world asset (RWA) issuers are using tokenization to raise funds rather than to unlock secondary market liquidity. Among the respondents, 53.8% stated that improving capital formation and financing efficiency is their primary reason for tokenization, while 15.4% indicated that liquidity needs are their main motivation. Additionally, 38.4% said they do not require liquidity, and 46.2% stated that they expect to achieve secondary market liquidity within 6 to 12 months.
