[Despite Supreme Court Ruling, U.S. Tariffs Will Continue to Be Imposed]
BlockBeats News, February 21: U.S. trade expert Lawrence Herman stated that the Supreme Court's rejection of Trump's tariff policies does not put an end to trade tensions. The U.S. government can still resort to other measures, and Canada will continue to face industry tariffs on steel, aluminum, automobiles, and forestry products.
'Tariffs will exist in some form for a long time,' Herman added, warning that U.S.-Canada trade relations have already been fractured.
