Regarding BTC, I know very well that I don't have the mindset to handle the volatility on the left side, so I've given up on trying to catch the bottom on the left side. I'll just manage my positions based on the worst-case scenario, sell some puts, and collect the emotional premium. I'll jump back in after the trend reverses within my own framework.
