Ark Invest invests $6.9 million to replenish Coinbase holdings, ending month end reduction operation BlockBeats news, on February 18th, according to the latest disclosure documents, Ark Invest led by Cathie Wood bought 41453 shares of Coinbase (COIN) stock on Tuesday, with a total value of approximately $6.9 million, reversing the trend of reducing holdings earlier this month. Specifically, Ark's three ETFs have bought: ARKK bought 29689 shares (approximately $4.9 million); ARKW bought 7525 shares (approximately 1.2 million US dollars); ARKF bought 4239 shares (approximately 704000 US dollars). Prior to this, on February 5-6, Ark sold a total of 119236 Coinbase shares worth approximately $17.4 million, as cryptocurrency concept stocks generally experienced a pullback. During this period, Ark transferred some of its funds to the cryptocurrency trading platform Bullish and increased its position for more than ten consecutive trading days. According to the disclosure, as of February 18th, Coinbase is the seventh largest holding of ARKK and ARKW, with weights of 4% and 3.7% respectively; At the same time, it is the third largest position of ARKF with a weight of 5.6%. In terms of fundamentals, Coinbase's revenue for the fourth quarter of 2025 was $1.8 billion, a decrease of 5% compared to the previous quarter, with a net loss of $667 million, mainly due to unrealized losses of $718 million in its cryptocurrency investment portfolio and a strategic investment loss of $395 million. In terms of stock price, Coinbase closed up 1% on Tuesday at $166.02, with a cumulative increase of 8.4% in the past five trading days.
