Richard Teng: CZ still holds influence over major Binance decisions after stepping down On February 12, Binance Co-CEO Richard Teng stated in an interview with Bloomberg Television that CZ, as the major shareholder, retains a say in major decisions at Binance, which is consistent with the nature of large corporate operations. However, in daily operations, the joint CEO management team formed by him and He Yi works closely with the board of directors.
