Domestic Android phones caught faking performance Bilibili's authoritative review channel, Geek Bay, recently released a review. They compared the review units sent to media with the retail units available on the market. Turns out, only Apple's retail units performed better than the media review units, likely due to slight performance improvements from system updates. As for domestic Android phones, almost all retail units showed 10-20% lower performance compared to the media review units. In other words, the phones used for media reviews were all specially tuned and faked. I've never really understood why Android fans are always obsessing over this spec or that spec. Hu Chenfeng was right. Apple users genuinely don’t bother comparing specs, nor do they care about Android phone specs.
