🚨 CAN AI SECTOR GROW INFINITELY? WILL AI BUBBLE BURST?
AI market hit $19.6 TRILLION in 2026.
ChatGPT? 900 million weekly users as of December 2025. That's not hype - that's real adoption.
92% of Fortune 500 companies using AI. Developers coding 30-50% faster. Customer service costs cut in half.
So yeah, AI is REAL. The valuations make sense... if the growth continues.
But here's the uncomfortable question nobody wants to ask:
Where does this actually stop?
Every technology hits a ceiling. Let's talk about AI's limits:
> The Energy Wall
Data centers now consume 4.4% of ALL US electricity. NVIDIA and OpenAI are building 10 gigawatts of capacity - that's an entire country's worth of power.
Training bigger models requires exponentially more energy.
At current scaling rates, we hit physical infrastructure limits by 2027-2028.
You can't just keep building bigger forever. The grid can't handle it.
> The Data Problem
Models are trained on "all available internet data." What happens when you've consumed everything?
AI training on AI output degrades quality. It's called model collapse.
Diminishing returns are already showing up.
> The Revenue Ceiling
Consumer AI: People try it free, most don't stick with $20/month subscriptions.
Enterprise: Pays, but won't pay infinite amounts.
Eventually every company HAS AI integrated - then what? No new customers.
Market saturation = growth stops.
Here's What Actually Happens:
AI doesn't "burst" like a bubble. It just slows down.
Right now: 19-30% annual growth
By 2028: 10-15% growth (mature market)
By 2030: Just another enterprise software sector
The growth rate baked into current valuations? That's temporary.
The question isn't IF it slows.
It's WHEN the deceleration happens - and who's holding overvalued bags when it does.
NVIDIA selling shovels in a gold rush? Probably still undervalued.
Random AI startups at $1B+ valuations riding the hype? Those get wrecked.
AI is real. Adoption is real. But the 40% YoY growth everyone's betting on?
Physics, economics, and energy grids don't care about your growth projections.
So make sure you understand that before betting you life saving on another "AI" company your Uber driver told you about...(Hanzo ㊗️)
