The AI craze kicked off by OpenAI in 2023 has now reached its second wave with DeepSeek, and the third wave with seedance2.0. It's obvious that domestic AI is jumping on the hype train. But hasn’t the U.S. government been restricting chips all along?? Where are domestic companies getting their computing power from?? Is there something fishy going on here?
