#ThroneSpeech: The Government recorded three major achievements in 2025/26. First, the Government monetised its portion of Sangster International Airport revenue, raising US$400 million through a 10-year bond issued by Montego Bay Airport Revenue Finance Limited.   This follows the successful 2024/25 monetisation of the Norman Manley International Airport revenue, which received Latin Finance’s 2025 “Infrastructure Financing of the Year- Caribbean” award.(Andrew Holness)
