Last week at the @LFDecentralizedTrust Member Summit, the message was consistent: decentralized infrastructure is moving from experimentation to production. Public infrastructure is gaining institutional support, with active discussion around evolving permissioned deployments toward public or hybrid models. Privacy is now a baseline requirement, particularly in regulated and enterprise environments. Two themes stood out in our discussions. 1️⃣ Security: for teams building critical Ethereum infrastructure, bugs are inevitable. What matters is how systems are tested, which countermeasures are in place, and how teams respond when issues surface in production. 2️⃣ Privacy: the ZK ecosystem has moved from theory to deployment. High-level zkDSLs are accelerating engineering, regulators are increasingly open to privacy-preserving approaches, and modern protocols can enforce compliance while protecting users. Interoperability will define what comes next. @Nethermind contributed to discussions on client architecture, security, and privacy across production-grade blockchain systems. Thanks to @LFDecentralizedTrust and @The_DTCC for hosting.(Nethermind)
