Bitget deepens its universal exchange strategy, placing equal emphasis on TradFi and Crypto. It has been almost five months since Bitget upgraded to a universal exchange (UEX) in September last year. Bitget has successively launched on chain trading, US stock tokens, traditional finance (TradFi) and other sections, and has achieved very good results. During the peak of US stock token trading, it once accounted for 80% of Ondo's global US stock token market share, and now it still accounts for almost 40%; TradFi, on the other hand, created a daily trading volume of $6 billion in January, with astonishing explosive power. Bitget's business development has been very smooth based on its layout, and it has decided to further deepen Bitget's brand image as a general exchange by upgrading the Bitget App UI interface. Removed TradFi directly from the secondary menu and placed it in the bottom navigation bar of the app, with Crypto trading occupying a core position. In the future, TradFi trading will be able to be accessed directly with one click, reducing the number of steps in the trading path and improving the trading experience. This may seem like just a layout optimization of the UI interface, but the underlying meaning is crucial: it is a major decision to change the focus of Bitget's business. The current launch of TradFi on cryptocurrency exchanges is essentially a defensive product add-on, and I want to have what others have. Now Bitget has directly elevated TradFi to the same strategic position as Crypto, which means that Bitget's TradFi business section is no longer a functional supplement to Crypto, but has become a core pillar of equal importance to Crypto. This shift in business focus is another crucial bet for Bitget on the Universal Exchange (UEX). They are betting that the total size of the tokenized market can expand rapidly, so they will be able to eat the biggest piece of the market growth cake.
