[Tether Tests Local AI Assistant QVAC, Plans to Open Source] Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated that they are testing a local AI assistant named QVAC. This assistant has been integrated with MCP to support multiple skills and, in demonstration use cases, works in collaboration with Asana. It can achieve 100% local inference and decision-making on laptops with 'below-average' GPU configurations. Ardoino mentioned that QVAC will soon be released as open source, positioned as a local AI tool for everyday users.
