In less than half a month, Binance has already spent $1 billion on Bitcoin. Do they think the current price is already the bottom? I wonder, if Binance announces today... another $1 billion purchase, that would be absolutely legendary. Or if someone else steps in to continue the relay , seems like that could work pretty well too.
