Zerohash adds Monad support to expand USDC stablecoin payment functionality
According to a report by Golden Finance, Zerohash, a cryptocurrency infrastructure company, announced an increase in support for the Monad blockchain and USDC on Monad, with the aim of expanding stablecoin payments on the Layer 1 network.
Zerohash stated that this integration means that its clients, including prediction market platform Kalshi, human resource management platform Gusto, and trading platform Public, can build and initiate stablecoin based payment processes without running blockchain infrastructure or applying for regulatory permits. This solution aims to support application scenarios such as real-time account recharge, cross-border payments, inter enterprise settlement, and on chain commerce.
Monad is one of the many blockchains already supported by ZeroHash, and USDC on Monad further expands the types of stablecoins it supports. When asked about the uniqueness of this integration, Raj Parekh, head of stablecoin and payments at the Monad Foundation, said that Monad is "fast and reliable" and can help expand stablecoin payments and daily usage with "almost instant final confirmation".
