The Pioneer Industries Act does not give any secrecy to the incentives it provides. Parliament can always request details if they choose to, and the law sets clear rules on how these incentives are granted. Not every incentive is brought to the House, but that does not make them hidden or private. If anyone has a concern or wants information, all they need to do is ask. Transparency and accountability are at the heart of how we manage these incentives.(Andrew Holness)
