If you take a close look at the guest list for this WLFI Manor Forum, you'll notice a chilling detail: This time, all the invited guests are top figures from traditional finance and politics, while the Web3 leaders who stole the spotlight last time are collectively 'missing in action.' Compared to the buzz Web3 created last time, this time it's a world of difference. It gives me an illusion: WLFI used Web3 narratives in its early days to complete its initial setup and consensus crowdfunding. Now, it seems like it can 'use and discard' Web3, officially stepping into the core of traditional finance and political power. I'm feeling very conflicted right now—has Web3 embraced traditional finance, or has it become a stepping stone for traditional finance?
