390-9: House passed a comprehensive, bipartisan package of housing affordability guidelines to increase housing supply and make it less expensive as well as help community banks gain access to capital to support local housing projects. The Housing for the 21st Century Act now heads to the Senate where the Banking Cmte. approved its version of the bill in July.(Craig Caplan)
