Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko (toly) tweeted that he launched a memecoin experiment called Percolator / SOV on devnet. Users use the same token as transaction collateral, and the related fees will be permanently locked into an insurance fund, thereby reducing the token's circulation.
