This arrangement requires approval from shareholders, stock exchanges, and the court. A special shareholder meeting is scheduled for March 20, 2026. After the relocation is completed, Keel Infrastructure will trade on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "KEEL." CEO Ben Gagnon stated that this move represents the final stage of the company's transformation toward the U.S., which will expand access to capital, increase eligibility for index inclusion, and simplify understanding for U.S. investors.
