[Hong Kong SFC Holds Digital Asset Advisory Meeting to Discuss Liquidity Enhancement] On February 6, the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) held the third Digital Asset Advisory Group meeting to discuss the development of Hong Kong's digital asset regulation with licensed virtual asset trading platforms. The meeting covered regulatory plans to enhance the liquidity of licensed virtual asset trading platforms and expand the types of products and services. Dr. Yeh Chi-hing, Executive Director of the Intermediaries Division of the SFC, stated that a balance will be sought between innovation and investor protection to promote the prosperity and sustainable development of Hong Kong's digital asset market.
