On February 6th, Dr. Han, founder and CEO of Gate, shared his long-term ideas on talent strategy and compliance development with all employees at the Global Annual Conference Ceremony. According to on-site sources, Dr. Han pointed out that by 2026-2027, online, remote collaboration, and highly self driven will become the norm in work.
He stated that Gate will continue to compress inefficient communication, reduce meeting size and frequency, encourage efficient teamwork, and advocate for a results and responsibility oriented work approach. In terms of talent mechanism, Gate adheres to the incentive principle of "high effort, high return". Through a more transparent evaluation mechanism and clear career path, it promotes a positive cycle of personal growth and platform development, and allocates resources with elite personnel and long-term value as the core. Dr. Han revealed at the annual meeting that Gate continues to increase its incentive efforts for outstanding talents. This year, the year-end bonus for SS rated employees reached 20 months' salary, fully reflecting the company's high recognition of high-performance talents.
At the compliance level, Dr. Han emphasized that compliance capability has become an important foundation for the stable operation and global expansion of the platform. Gate will continue to advance its global compliance layout, maintaining a balance between innovation and stability, and providing higher certainty for business and team development.
