Wu Blockchain has learned that Bitwise Uniswap ETF has submitted an S-1 registration document to the US SEC, proposing to launch a spot ETF based on Uniswap (UNI) as the underlying asset. The product is managed by Bitwise Investment Advisers, with Coinbase Custody as the custodian. Currently, it does not involve staking, but staking may be introduced in the future through amendments to the registration document.
