US, EU, JAPAN TO BOOST CRITICAL MINERALS SUPPLY The U.S., EU, and Japan will sign a memorandum of understanding within 30 days to strengthen critical minerals supply chains. The partnership will support mining, recycling, processing, and refining projects, and explore coordinated trade policies, price floors, subsidies, and offtake agreements.
