Whale/Institution Liquidates 36,900 ETH, Losing Over $100 Million

At the current price level, quite a few whales/institutions with leveraged ETH positions are cutting their losses. Just spotted another whale/institution address cluster holding ETH loan positions. Over the past 4 days, they liquidated 36,900 ETH through Hyperliquid and withdrew 82.36 million USDC for repayment. And they’re still in the process of liquidating: they still hold 56,000 ETH ($115 million), but these ETH loan positions are in a risky zone, with a liquidation price around $2,050—just $200 away from the current price. They bought the ETH back in July last year at an average price of $3,363. Calculating the losses, it’s already a staggering $105 million.
