Partial government shutdown is in its 4th and possibly its final day. House gavels in at 10am and will soon after debate the rule for the gov't funding bill followed by a vote on the rule at 11am. If the rule is approved, an hour debate will follow on the bill itself with a final vote on the Senate changes around 1pm. If passed, the bill would be sent to the President, who plans to sign it into law & end the partial gov't shutdown. @cspan(Craig Caplan)
