House Rules Committee tonight issued a rule for the gov't funding package the full House will debate and vote on tomorrow. It does not however include two resolutions of contempt of Congress against Bill & Hillary Clintons expected to be also included after they agreed appear for in-person depositions as part of the Oversight Cmte's Jeffrey Epstein probe.(Craig Caplan)
