House Appropriations Ranking Member Rosa DeLauro(D-CT) announces she'll vote Yes for gov't funding to end the partial gov't shutdown: "I will support this package" including the short-term DHS funding to Feb. 13 because "it gives us time and gives us leverage to secure the protections that we need for our communities. For if we do not do that, we will not be able to bring the kinds of pressure that is necessary to make sure that ICE does not continue to terrorize our communities.
