[Hyperliquid to Launch Outcome Trading Feature, Expanding Derivatives Trading Ecosystem] According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on February 2, Hyperliquid announced that its HyperCore platform will support outcome trading (HIP-4), a fully collateralized contract settled within a fixed range. This feature will support prediction markets and option-like tools without requiring leverage or liquidation mechanisms. The feature is currently undergoing testnet testing, and after completing technical development, standard markets based on objective settlement sources will be launched, denominated in USDH. The feature will seamlessly integrate with other modules of HyperCore, such as portfolio margining and HyperEVM, and may potentially expand to a permissionless deployment model in the future.
