If it passes smoothly on the 3rd, the shutdown crisis will end immediately... Things to note: 1. Funding for the Department of Homeland Security is only a two-week temporary allocation. 2. The next deadline is February 13th. So even if we get through this time safely, there’ll be another shutdown crisis in mid-February!!
