The Ministry of Commerce has issued a notice on the distribution of investigation questionnaires for the anti-dumping case of dichlorosilane On January 7, 2026, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China issued Announcement No. 2 of 2026, deciding to conduct an anti-dumping investigation on imported dichlorosilane originating from Japan. This product is classified under the "Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China": 28.5391 million yuan, and other products under this tariff number are not within the scope of this investigation. According to the relevant provisions of the Anti Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the relevant work notice regarding the distribution of the investigation questionnaire for this anti-dumping case is as follows: 1. The investigation questionnaire for this case is divided into three categories: questionnaire for foreign exporters or producers, questionnaire for domestic producers in China, and questionnaire for domestic importers in China. Please refer to each questionnaire for detailed requirements, submission methods, and submission deadlines. 2、 Foreign exporters or producers shall fill out the survey questionnaire for foreign exporters or producers as required. Domestic producers should fill out the domestic producer survey questionnaire as required. Domestic importers should fill out the domestic importer survey questionnaire as required. 3、 The date of issuance of this notice shall be the date of questionnaire distribution. Relevant stakeholders shall truthfully fill in and submit complete and accurate answers within 37 days from the date of questionnaire distribution as required. If the respondent fails to provide the questionnaire within the prescribed time limit, or if there are other circumstances stipulated in Article 21 of the Anti Dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the investigating authority may make a ruling based on the facts already obtained and the best information available. 4、 Please download the questionnaire from the Trade Remedy Investigation section of the Trade Remedy Investigation Bureau on the website of the Ministry of Commerce. Relevant stakeholders should submit electronic versions of their responses through the "Trade Remedy Investigation Information Platform" and, as required by the investigating authority, submit both paper and CD versions of their responses. The electronic and paper versions should have the same content and format. If relevant stakeholders have any questions during the distribution or answering process of this questionnaire, they can consult the investigating authority. (Ministry of Commerce)
