The quick wick at this position didn’t trigger any action, which is pretty normal. But with the price consolidating around this level, Binance’s SAFU fund still hasn’t stepped in to buy a single penny . Why is that? Is it because the actual controller has procrastination issues and won’t act until the final deadline? Or is it because they don’t know how to buy? Or do they have other plans?
