Is this it for crypto this year?
Since last year, when Trump came to power, they’ve been hyping up strategic reserves.
But after a whole year, the U.S. hasn’t spent a single penny to buy anything.
Lummis’s proposal to reserve 1 million coins annually didn’t pass either.
Now Treasury Secretary Besant is stepping up again to repeatedly confirm:
The U.S. won’t use taxpayers’ money to buy.
Just through seizures, they’ve already reserved $15-20 billion worth of Bitcoin.
So the so-called reserves are just seized coins that they’re not selling?
This is a completely different concept from what everyone imagined—where the government would allocate a certain percentage of fiscal revenue to buy.
No wonder Bitcoin is crashing so hard.
