Liquidity and US economic output does not move in 4 year timed cycles. Which is why Bitcoin doesn't always move in 4 year timed cycles. Just because something happened a few times in the past, it doesn't mean it will always be the case moving forward. This is pretty common sense. (Satoshi Flipper)
