[Lighter Collaborates with Axiom to Launch Lighter EVM] Lighter announced on platform X that it has partnered with Axiom to launch Lighter EVM. This is an EVM-equivalent Rollup that natively interoperates with Lighter. Lighter EVM will enable general-purpose applications to integrate with Lighter's marketplace and liquidity in a low-latency manner. As a general-purpose Rollup, Lighter EVM will be secured by OpenVM zkVM while maintaining compatibility with the existing Lighter core financial engine, which supports trading platforms and spot trading.
