According to Bloomberg, Delaware judge Kathaleen St. J. McCormick has ruled that a shareholder lawsuit accusing multiple directors of Coinbase Global Inc. of insider trading during the company's 2021 direct listing can temporarily proceed, despite the company's special litigation committee previously determining after an internal investigation that the allegations were unfounded. The lawsuit, filed by shareholders in 2023, claims that CEO Brian Armstrong and director Marc Andreessen, among others, sold over $2.9 billion worth of stock during the listing to avoid potential losses exceeding $1 billion. https://www.(wublock123.com)/index.php?m=content&c=index&a=show&catid=6&id=55933
