Well, Trump nominate his pick for Fed Chair, Kevin Warsh.
The crypto & rate cut implications are MASSIVE.
The headlines say "hawkish" and my comments are mostly in shambles.
But here's the thing:
1. Rate cut probabilities INCREASED after the nomination.
2. Warsh believes in growth WITHOUT inflation.
3. His approach mirrors Greenspan's 90s playbook. This is very notable, as I've been discussing how the ingredients are coming together for a Roaring 90's style productivity boom.
Every single crypto holder (myself included) invite massive printing. But don't need money printers for a bull market.
You need productivity expansion and business cycle growth, which has been at the core of my bullish outlook.
2016 crypto had a bull market start and fed balance sheet was in a normalization phase. The late 90s also proved you don't printing. You need economic expansion.
We're entering a post-QT normalization phase with the ingredients for an economic boom.
That's what matters for crypto right now.(Dan Gambardello)
