Senate Agriculture Committee today along party lines 12-11 approved its portion of crypto market structure legislation. Senate Banking Cmte still needs to approve its part of the CLARITY Act, which would establish a regulatory framework for digital assets and provide clarity on the roles of the SEC and CFTC in overseeing the crypto market. House passed a similar bill 294-134 in July.(Craig Caplan)
