🗒️EIP Contribution Guidelines EIP authoring is largely author-driven, but finding the right guidance can still be a barrier, especially for first-time contributors. Following discussion in a recent EIPIP meeting, I’ve documented a small but meaningful improvement to make the EIP contribution guide (http://contribute.md) more visible and easier to discover. This also incorporates relevant content from floating HackMDs by @SamWilsn and the earlier "EIP Editor - apprentice handbook".
