Emotional Interaction - A New Idea of AI+Blockchain+Bracelet (Watch)
At noon today, I met a team preparing for the second round of financing. The team mainly focuses on games, which are similar to the combination of Wushuang and Monster Hunter. It looks decent, but they are not very interested. Just when I thought it was okay, the team showed me a game based peripheral application, an AI emotion system based on face capture. This system can achieve diversity in NPC conversations during the game by capturing users' expressions.
At this point, I suddenly had a bold idea. If we upgrade this system to emotional interaction, the available scenarios and ceilings will be greatly improved. The first thing that comes to mind is multi branch videos. A movie may have different endings, which many friends may know, such as the famous "I am a Legend".
Nowadays, many movies or short dramas have started multi story and multi branch modes, which only require the viewer to choose, rather than playing naturally. This actually affects the viewing effect. Then I thought of using a camera to capture the viewer's facial expressions while watching a drama, and using expression management to retreat into the plot trend and cooperate with different branches.
But I also realized that not many people would have to turn on their cameras while watching a drama, and this kind of privacy is very difficult. The project team suggested using audio, but audio is also a part of privacy, which is equally difficult. Even audio is difficult to capture the user's breath. At this moment, I suddenly thought that if it were a smartwatch or wristband, it could still combine the user's emotional changes through heartbeat, blood oxygen, blood pressure, breathing, body temperature, etc. And it can effectively avoid privacy issues.
So if it can be solved, AI emotional interaction+watches or wristbands can replace cameras and microphones to obtain users' emotional information. Of course, in addition to videos, there are many other places where emotional interaction can be utilized, such as button strength, mouse movement speed, etc., which can be used as part of emotions in games.
If it is video communication, emotional interaction can more naturally judge the emotional changes of both parties through users' expressions and voices. For example, when you are chatting with your girlfriend, AI can determine whether you are lying, whether you are really happy, or just perfunctory.
When typing, you can determine whether you are passionate or frustrated, whether you are writing very smoothly or full of suffering by typing the keyboard with the same intensity and frequency. These are all feedback that emotional interaction can bring.
The introduction of blockchain also plays a very important role in this system, including but not limited to:
1. Identity and device binding
Provide users with a decentralized identity DID. Wearable devices (or SDKs) generate a biometric identifier to prove that this feature comes from the same user, but without revealing their true identity. Device proof certificate, stored off chain, with only hash stored on chain. Equivalent to biological KYC.
2. Data Authorization Contract
Like OAuth, but programmable, auditable, and revocable. (Not going into detail)
3. Data Privacy and Sovereignty
Perform local inference and feature extraction first, such as HRV features and arousal scores every 30 seconds for a window. Encrypt the features and store them to generate contentHash. Only contentHash, timestamp, and authorization reference are written on the chain as an immutable proof of 'generated data at a certain time'. Use ZK to prove that a certain condition is met without exposing the data itself.
4. Incentives and Settlement
Contribution mining, users choose to join the "annotation plan" and receive tokens based on valid contributions. The key is' effectiveness', using equipment to prove+anti cheating rating. Even users who contribute data in interactive content can receive tokens.
5. Audit and Compliance

This combination satisfies the logic of blockchain+AI+hardware devices, and this logic can truly be implemented in the real world. Of course, this also means that the company's games are not the focus. At most, the games are just a "demo" of an emotional interaction system, but the imagination of this emotional interaction far exceeds that of a game. If it can be realized, the valuation should increase by 10 times without any problem.
And for the company, there is no need to create a lot of games and videos on their own, just develop SDKs to enable more games, videos, or social media apps to connect. I feel very excited about this design even when I think about it myself.
