The roadmap specifies the native compatibility of the x402 protocol, supporting standardized payment intentions and settlement support for pay by call and end-to-end auditing. At the same time, the system capabilities are broken down into six independent pillars: agent trustworthiness (KitePass identity anchor+programmable governance), agent settlement (stablecoin native+facilitator component), agent developer infrastructure (zero cost RPC+documentation+observable tools), agent network operation (external validators+VaAS+gradual centralization), AgenticFi (DEX+LSD+cross chain bridging+deposit and withdrawal channels), and agent ecological growth engine (incentive system+ecological events). Kite stated that the mainnet will be gradually launched and delivered in stages within one to two years, prioritizing security, auditability, and ecological scalability balance, ultimately forming a sustainable intelligent agent economy system. It is reported that Kite has previously completed a total financing of $33 million led by PayPal Ventures and General Catalyst, and received strategic investment from Coinbase Ventures.
