Ahead of Friday’s gov’t funding shutdown deadline, Schumer announced today after the ICE shooting in MN he’ll vote No against the 6-bill spending package which includes the DHS funding bill & is “woefully inadequate to rein in the abuses of ICE.” Also says Senate Democrats will not provide the votes to begin work if the DHS bill remains in the spending package. 60 votes will be needed in the 53-47 Senate.(Craig Caplan)
