President Trump today signed the 3-bill spending package funding the Commerce, Energy, Interior and Justice Departments as well as EPA, NASA and other agencies through September 30. Now 6 of 12 spending bills have been signed into law with 6 more to be approved in the Senate before next Friday to avert a partial gov't shutdown.(Craig Caplan)
