[Fabric Foundation under OpenMind to Launch ROBO Token Public Sale]
Foresight News reports that Fabric, the general-purpose robotics open network under OpenMind, has announced the launch of its native token ROBO, with the public sale set to begin on January 26 at 20:00 on the Kaito Capital Launchpad. The public sale valuation is $400 million, with a fundraising target of $2 million, representing 0.5% of the total token supply, to be fully unlocked at TGE. During the public sale, 40% of the tokens will be prioritized for allocation to the Fabric Foundation, Kaito, Virtuals, and Surf AI communities.
Fabric was developed by OpenMind, whose founder and CEO, Jan Liphardt, is a professor at Stanford University, and CTO Boyuan Chen has a background with MIT CSAIL and Google DeepMind. OpenMind previously completed a $20 million funding round led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Coinbase Ventures, DCG, and former Sequoia China, among others.
