[Shenzhen People's Procuratorate Files Public Prosecution Against Sui Guangyi and 30 Others from Ding Yifeng] According to the official WeChat account of the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate, after lawful review, the Shenzhen People's Procuratorate has filed a public prosecution with the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court in Guangdong Province against defendants Sui Guangyi, Ma Xiaoqiu, and 30 others for crimes including fundraising fraud, illegal absorption of public deposits, and money laundering. These crimes were committed through Shenzhen Ding Yifeng Asset Management Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Ding Yifeng International Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and their affiliated companies in Shenzhen and other locations. The Futian Branch of the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau previously issued a notice stating that "Ding Yifeng" and its affiliated companies had issued fraudulent financial products and "DDO Digital Options" (classified as "air coins") to engage in illegal activities. They are suspected of criminal offenses, and a batch of assets related to "Ding Yifeng" and its affiliated companies, including real estate, vehicles, equity, and funds in bank accounts, has been seized, impounded, and frozen.
