Hey Congress, Can we introduce a bill that: * Federal employees and those running for, or holding federal office cannot: * Use images altered or generated by AI that depict other people, in any public comms, without explicit disclosure We can’t ban it because of 1A BUT if the FTC can require that sponsored statements be labelled as “ads” without violating free speech, then the same can be done for AI content.
