House will vote at 10:30am on the rule for considering the DHS spending bill & 3-bill spending package on the floor today. Prior to that rule vote, members will vote on a new amendment to the rule by Rules Chair Foxx that would add a provision to the DHS spending bill "to repeal the recently passed Arctic Frost provisions allowing Senators to sue the DOJ for $500,000 or more in damages. This amendment is identical to H.R. 6019, which passed the House unanimously in November."(Craig Caplan)
