According to a Reuters survey: Out of 100 economists, 58 expect the Federal Reserve to maintain the federal funds rate in the range of 3.50% to 3.75% in the first quarter of 2026 (in last December's survey, most expected at least one rate cut). Out of 100 economists, 55 believe the Federal Reserve will resume rate cuts in June or later.
